Introduction

Electric mobility is rapidly gaining momentum across Africa, offering a sustainable solution to urban transport challenges, economic opportunities through local manufacturing and service ecosystems, and the potential for significant job creation. The E-Mobility Job BOOSTer Certification Programme is designed to equip final-year engineering students in Rwanda, Ghana, and Morocco with cutting-edge skills in electric mobility and charging infrastructure—positioning them at the forefront of this transformative sector.

How does it Work?

1. NUA Campus Online Course

All participants complete at least one self-running course on electric mobility offered through the NUA Campus. This course provides foundational knowledge on technology, policy, and market aspects of e-mobility.

2. Short Summary Reflection

Each student drafts a brief summary (1–2 pages) on:

• Their perspective on electric mobility developments in their home country (Rwanda, Ghana, or Morocco).

• Personal ambitions and potential contributions to the e-mobility sector.

3. Industry or Public Sector Engagement

Students must provide proof of employment, internship, or project collaboration with a relevant company, government agency, or organisation focusing on electric or sustainable mobility.
