About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive International Advisory Assistant to support our global initiative. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a structured and analytical mindset, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

As a key liaison between our project teams, partners, and leadership, you will rotate across different projects approx. every 4 weeks, ensuring an understanding of ongoing activities, handling communication with local teams, and ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders. You will also contribute to project documentation, report writing, and strategic discussions.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Project Engagement & Coordination: Travel virtually to one of our active projects, immersing in the local context, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth collaboration.

• Stakeholder Management: Handle communication with local project teams, partners, and external organizations, ensuring clear and effective exchanges.

• Reporting & Analysis: Regularly update the managing directors on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.

• Content Development & Review: Draft and edit reports, project papers, and strategic documents, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Meeting Participation: Attend and actively contribute to project-related calls, summarizing key points and action items.

Who We Are Looking For

• A confident communicator with experience handling international projects and multi-stakeholder partnerships.

• Strong writing and editing skills in English (other languages like Spanish,or Portuguese are a plus).

• Self-driven and well-organized, able to handle multiple tasks and projects in parallel.

• Experience in sustainable mobility, climate action, international development, or similar fields is an advantage.

• Comfortable working remotely with flexibility to adjust to different time zones and cultures.
